Dispute between Merge online poker and PIC Club protracts
As per the latest posts on one of the information message boards by Mr. Chuck Kid who is the chief executive of PIC, Merge online poker and PIC Club is going through a serious dispute and it appears that the case might land in the courts. The outstanding duties payable to the players have been paid but PIC Club is still asserting fees it is still owed. Now the matter is given up to the lawyers.

This week Mr. Chuck posted a copy of his letter to the members of PIC Club on Gambling911.com. Simultaneously, he also advised that the case has been handed over to the lawyers. In the letter written by Mr. Chuck, he rationalizes his result to make the case of Merge online poker open in front of the general public after extracting his cash processing services from the network.
Mr. Chuck alleged that since the month of July he have been making efforts to get the Merge Network to make due payments owned to PIC Club and also funding the Players’ account. Throughout this time, he made so many concessions to Merge online poker in order to make the payment. Every time, they make a promise to make a payment for the outstanding amount and admitting that the money was really owed, they kept on sending him the checks through mail time and again.
The CEO of PIC Club added that one justification also comprises of their CFO caught in Japan’s typhoon. Almost immediately, it became obvious that they have no plans of making the payment for the outstanding amount. He sought council along with industry’s people he admires and to a person they decided to disclose this issue. Not only as a promising method of accumulating the money but also to show that Merge online poker was facing either financial problem or was operating against the law.
His methods have had some impact and the letter carries on….
They at last sent some money in order to conceal the cash outs of the players. But it is very disgraceful that they had to go through an offensive procedure to conduct an act which is beneficial for the players. There has not been one single proof to disprove the whole issue, they in its place planned out a campaign full of insult and lies waged by the owners of the forum.
Mr. Chuck noted that old members of the club were compensated 14.23 percent interest on the member’s account balance in the first year of PIC. In the second year it was 10.3 percent along with the rate for the current year to be decided once the final audits of the accounts are done. He promises the members which he aims to accumulate every cent payable to the club and that moreover the poker rooms will be signed.
In a similar story, it seemed from the latest press note that Mr. Chuck is chief executive of an associate in an all new set up which provides online poker against more than thirty strong groups of poker players like Barbara Enright, Kenna James, and TJ Cloutier. Poker Pros Network.com and .net started in early November 2009 with the partnership between Openlot Group and 1st Players Group, which provide the software technology for the functioning. The whole operation is defined as a new network for the online players where they can sit on air with the specialists. The CEO of Players Group Ltd. said that they are very pleased to collaborate with Openlot to initiate Poker Pros Network. The real cash play will be starting from 1st December.
